Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 4, 2025 at 7:01 p.m. (UT), Big Water Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at Town Hall, located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, 84741. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S: -To AMEND THE BIG WATER TOWN ZONING CODE 15.30.060 AND 15.24.080 TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS FOR APIARIES AND BEEKEEPING TO MATCH STATE CODE At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a reasonable amount of time to comment.
