IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit - 'Private Educational Facility' - addressed near 3542 S Bumblebee Dr., Cedar City, UT. Property Owner: Henry's Place Approximately 14.15 acres, located within the W1/2 W1/2, Section 6, T37S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (E-0267-0001-0001). Property zoned Agriculture 20 Acres (A-20). All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
