- NOTICE OF ELECTION MILITARY/OVERSEAS VOTERS A General Election will be held on November 4, 2025 for any municipal offices requiring an election. . If you are a military/overseas voter you may submit a federal write-in absentee ballot. Follow the instructions on that ballot and submit to the Clerk/Auditor's office by email: clerk- auditor@emery.utah.gov or by mail: PO Box 907, Castle Dale, UT 84513.
