Description/Agenda: A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a request by Kelly Enquist to vacate a portion of the northern and western public utility and drainage easements on the property at 654 West 1300 North. Mr. Enquist intends to build an accessory structure on this portion of the property. The vacated portions will reduce the western easement from 10ft to 3ft and the northern easement from 10ft to 3ft. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
