IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, August 7, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a Zone Amendment from RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1 acre) to R-1-7.5 (Residential Single Family 7,500 square feet) on approximately 9.87 acres Applicant/Owner: Wilford Leon Hafen Trust-Owner/Applicant Property Location: Approximately 400 East and 200 South Contact: Rob Dalley, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov, or may submit their views in writing to the City Council. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on the Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari D.
