Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Kanab
City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab
Utah; the Kanab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss and
recommend possible amendments to Kanab City's Consolidated Fee Schedule and
the Kanab City Subdivision Ordinance:
Chapter 2A - Subdivision Process, updating the new requirements for
boundary adjustments per Utah State Code.
Chapter 2B - Subdivision Process (1-2 Family Residential), updating the
new requirements for boundary adjustments per Utah State Code
At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
