Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JULY 28, 2025 10:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Commercial site plan approval for QuikTrip, a fuel and convenience store located at 375 S 2200 W in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 2. Subdivision plat amendment approval for The Grasslands, Plat E, combining two parcels at 1177 W 250 N in the R1-10 Single Family Residential Zone.
