Description/Agenda: 2025 NOTICE OF DISQUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR SANDY CITY MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sandy City Code, Title 2, Section 2-1-3 and Utah Code 10-3-208, two (2) candidates have been disqualified from the Sandy City Primary Election due to Failure to File a Campaign Financial Statement. The two candidates are: - McCall Williams - Mayoral Race - Derek Spencer Matsumori - City Council District 3 Race Due to ballots being printed, their names will still appear on the ballot, however any vote cast for them will not be counted.
