HEBER CITY NOTICE of RECEIPT of ANNEXATION PETITION and VALID CERTIFICATION Notice is hereby given in accordance with UCA 10-2-808 that a petition has been filed for annexation into Heber City entitled Blue Sign Team, LLC/Cilander, LLC Annexation. During the July 15, 2025, Heber City Council Meeting, the Heber City Council accepted the petition for consideration. The area proposed for annexation consists of 4.256 acres of adjoining lands and is located at approximately 2600 North Highway 40, Wasatch County, Utah, 84032. On July 22, 2025, the Heber City Council received notice of certification of the annexation petition as valid, complying with the Utah State Code §10-2-806(3) and (4). Heber City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written letter of valid protest of the annexation petition is filed by August 22, 2025, with the Wasatch County Boundary Commission, or the Wasatch County Clerk, located at 25, North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032, and a copy of the protest is also be delivered to the Heber City Recorder at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, UT 84032.
