REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE HIGHLAND DRIVE SIDEWALK CONNECTION (SOUTH MOUNTAIN) PROJECT
The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to install a 6-FT sidewalk and stamped concrete park strip along west-bound Highland Drive between Bangerter Parkway and 65 East as described in the project plans and specifications.
The Public Notice is available at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, and by calling Dillon Bliler at 801-576-6336, or in person at 1020 E Pioneer Rd Draper, Utah 84020.
Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV on or before MONDAY, JULY 21ST, 2025 at 2:00PM. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.
The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00PM on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13TH, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted.
Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented.
Preliminary bid results will be located within the Q&A section of the said project on U3P.
Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 2:00PM on MONDAY, AUGUST 11TH, 2025.
The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
