Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting.

5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Payson City Staff are proposing amendments to Payson City Code Title 12, to clarify the bonding process and the timing of when a plat is recorded with a traditional bond. Amendments allow a developer to change from an At-Risk bond to a traditional bond at any time.
5.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Payson City Staff are proposing amendments to Payson City Development Guidelines to clarify a sewer clean-out in park strips. Additionally, there is a need for sewer manholes to be lined up over troughs and to remove the ladders that are installed in manholes to address safety concerns. Providing additional information on the process for traditional bonding and at-risk work.
5.3 PUBLIC HEARING - NC-1, Neighborhood Commercial Overlay: Request by Richard Wells, on behalf or 590 Main, LLC, for a positive recommendation of approval from the planning commission for the NC-1, Neighborhood Commercial Overlay, to be applied to Utah County Parcel # 08:139:0001 located at 590 South Main Street. With the approval of this overlay, the applicant seeks to use the property as office space.
