PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Jim Retallick D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $373,003.30. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105489-105542, #492008-492202 and #457-458 in the amount of $1,204,256.48. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of an amendment to a lease agreement by and between Weber County and Annika Rivera modifying terms of the original lease at 470 24th Street, Suite #201. 6. Request for approval of an amendment to a lease agreement by and between Weber County and Diane McClendon modifying terms to the original lease at 470 24th Street, Suite #203 7. Request for approval of an amendment to a lease agreement by and between Weber County and Brandi Barber modifying terms to the original lease at 470 24th Street, Suite #204. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and State of Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement permitting local governments to access the AMERICA250 Utah logo and name in individual brand identity. 9. Request for approval of ratification of a contract by and between Weber County and Harris Mountain West for boiler replacement. G. Action- 1. Request to approve resolution authorizing the imposition and collection of a 0.1% sales tax on qualifying purchases to fund botanical, cultural, recreational, and zoological organizations and facilities (RAMP Tax) for ten years pursuant to the 2024 election results.
