NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Davis County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 7th, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Davis County Administration Building located at 61 S. Main St. Farmington, UT 84025 room 303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the establishment of an Agriculture Protection Area for applicant, Larry and Nancy Mills. Parcel: 1210047 & 121020049 Address: 2772 SOUTH 4000 WEST, Syracuse UT 84075 This application is available for public review by contacting the Community and Economic Development Department from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or visiting us online at www.daviscountyutah.gov. Any person(s) that: object, wish to modify the proposal, or propose to exclude or add land to the proposal area; must do so in writing to the Davis County Community & Economic Development Office within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. This proposal was submitted to the Davis County Agriculture Protection Advisory Board on June 12, 2025 for their review and recommendation for the Davis County Commission. The County Commission will hold a tentative public hearing on August 26th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Rm. 303 of the Davis County Administration Building to discuss the recommendations from the Agriculture Protection Advisory Committee and the Planning Commission; and to hear public comments on the proposal to the create the protection area.
