- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Tuesday August 5, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval an increase in property tax budgeted revenue by 0.99% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
