- Notice of Intent to Amend the Culinary Water Impact Fees Perry City (the 'City') intends to contract to amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to Culinary Water Services. The Service Area for this analysis is delineated in the attached map. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of amending the referenced documents. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that foregoing Notice was duly posted as required by State Law and posted on the Utah Public Notice Website.
