Pioneer Road, Draper, UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Indigo Tech Center Zoning Map Amendment Request Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in order to review the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 14193 S Minuteman Dr. The purpose of the request is to change the zoning from CO2 to CR to allow for future businesses. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers, on July 31, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The complete notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, Draper City Website; www.draperutah.gov/news/, and at Draper City Hall.
