Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the board of Toquerville Secondary Water System (TSWS), an interlocal entity created by Toquerville City and the Washington County Water Conservancy District, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Toquerville City Office, 212 N. Toquer Boulevard, Toquerville, Utah, to consider levying the annual contract assessment for the TSWS service area and to consider proposed increases to the contract assessments. 1. The board will be considering increases in the contract assessment as follows: a. Residential parcels less than a 1/2 acre: $330 to $429; b. Residential parcels 1/2 to 1 acre: $484 to $629; c. Agricultural parcels: $153 to $199; d. Stand-by parcels (unconnected): $176 to $228. 2. The assessment shall be levied to owners of real property within the municipal boundaries of Toquerville City who have a contract for delivery of water from the TSWS.
