- N/AChurch Wells Special Service District Administrative Board Meeting 1785 Wells Rd, Church Wells Utah 84741 Minutes for July 23,2025 Call to order 6:07 pm Utah Time Present: Janette Nielsen, Erin Beckman, Cameron Westenkow, Kevin Barnes, Jesse Pennepacker, Andrea Rizzo, and Patty Kubeja Pledge of Allegiance: Prayer: Janette Agenda: Fire Mou update: there will be a protest period, won't redo until next year. Ryan Maddux taxable lot values for New Paria $6,921,544, Clark Bench $6,460,280. New MOU will be $15,000 for Church Wells. August 19,5:30 meeting at Big Water Town Hall in regard to blending our neighbors to the west to our MOU. Consumer confidence is sent out in bills. Update on sunset project, needs financial approval, anything over $2,000. Board discussion: Jeanette and Jesse will attend commissioner meeting. Clerk's report: Income Expense prior ytd: $ $35,018.15 current ytd $24,514.84 annual budget $79,000.00 (31.03% used) Total Operational Expense Prior Ytd $1,051,030.05, Current Ytd$209,260.51, Annual Budget$368,080.00.56.85 % used. Treasurer report: Checking account balance $102,494.66 Bank reconciliation$82,001.65. Deposits $27,100.88 PTIF account, interest earned $843.89 Average daily balance $38,319.66. Water report: Well 1: 0 pumped, well 3 pumped1,177.000 gallons, 108,000 to commercial customers. Residential 811,000 gallons, Industrial 74,000 gallons. Industrial use 116,000 . 68,000 gallons used institutionally, when we flushed water flushing 3 hydrandts in town. Adjournment: 6:58 pm Approved minutes 08/27/2025
