- UOCAVA ELECTION NOTICE 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION - NOVEMBER 4, 2025 (UCA 20A-16-502) Offices Up for Election: One (1) Mayor Position - Four (4) year term Two (2) City Council Member Positions - Four (4) year terms Ballot Propositions: No ballot propositions filed in Payson City, Utah FEDERAL WRITE-IN ABSENTEE BALLOT (FWAB) Utah State Election Division: Vote.Utah.Gov Click 'Additional Resources for Voters' then 'Information for military and overseas voters.' For forms and instructions, please see: Utah County Military and Overseas Voters Utah Federal Voting Assistance Program Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) Federal Post Card Application Instructions Overseas Vote Foundation Utah County Elections Division When using a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB), fill out the Voter Information section completely and accurately. Complete your vote, and follow the instructions provided on the ballot. FWAB's must be received by the Utah County Clerk no later than the close of the polls (8:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Tuesday, November 4) OR submitted for mailing, electronic transmission, or other authorized means no later than 12:01 a.m. at the place where the voter completes the ballot, on the date of the election.
