- PUBLIC NOTICE Preliminary Subdivision Plat Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Kamas City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. The hearing will also be streamed live on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary subdivision plat request for the Ranch Center Subdivision, a 63 lot subdivision located on the High Star Ranch at approximately High Star Drive and Cabin Way.
