Review of Public Comments The Cultural Core Budget Committee accepts public comments in the following formats: Written comments may be submitted via email to merinda@downtownslc.org or to the Downtown SLC Presents offices, 201 South Main Street, Suite 2300, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. Verbal comments of two minutes or less are accepted at the meeting. 4. Current Business DISCUSSION AND ACTION Review FY26 Budget (50 min) Spencer Lawson Review FY26 Budget Question and Answer Board Vote to Approve the FY26 budget DISCUSSION Moving Forward and Ideas on how to grow The Blocks (15 min) Spencer Lawson Ideas on how to raise additional funding DISCUSSION on current cadence of meeting (10 min) Britney Helmers Should we meet more than once a quarter? Suggestion to meet once a month but every other month be a mixer type event with the board Discussion on Sub committees ie. Next Meeting: TBD (Based on board votes) Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 9:00am - 10:30am Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 9:00 am - 10:30am Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 9:00am - 10:30am 6.
