- Amended Election Notice For Myton City 2025 General Elections Notice is hereby given that Myton City General Election originally noticed on May 1st, 2025, has been amended as follows Open Positions (2) Council- 4-yr term (1) Council 2- yr term-write-in only for the general election (1) Mayor 4-year term Please note the following change from the original notice, (1) council seat was changed from 4-yr seat to a 2-yr seat as a write-in candidate only This notice is dated the 10th day of July 2025 and is signed by Carrie Boren Myton City Recorder/Clerk The Write-In Candidate Filing Deadline is August 29th 2025 by 5 p.m. The Filing Period Was June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 1. Must be a United States Citizen 2. Must be a registered voter of the municipality 3. Must be a resident of the City of Myton for twelve consecutive months. 4. Cannot be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Myton City Office, Council Room, at 125 East Main, Myton.
