Notice is hereby given that Myton City General Election originally noticed on May 1st, 2025, has been amended as follows
Open Positions
(2) Council- 4-yr term
(1) Council 2- yr term-write-in only for the general election
(1) Mayor 4-year term
Please note the following change from the original notice, (1) council seat was changed from 4-yr seat to a 2-yr seat as a write-in candidate only

The Write-In Candidate Filing Deadline is August 29th 2025 by 5 p.m.
The Filing Period Was June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
1. Must be a United States Citizen
2. Must be a registered voter of the municipality
3. Must be a resident of the City of Myton for twelve consecutive months.
4. Cannot be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored
