- Woodland Hills City Finance Committee Agenda The Finance Committee for Woodland Hills City will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public via In-Person at the City Office or Zoom. 1. Finalizing our latest city budget numbers and verifying that 7/2025 - 7/2026 departmental fiscal budget numbers are in line as submitted and ready for approval. 4.
