Housing Connect (HC) is requesting public review and comment on Housing Connect's 2026 PHA Annual Plan and Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement to the PHA Annual Plan, and Housing Connect's 5-Year PHA Plan covering 2026-2030. The MTW Supplement also includes a proposed Agency Specific Waiver. The public comment period will extend from July 21, 2025 - September 4, 2025.
During the public comment period, Housing Connect residents, Housing Connect program participants and members of the general public are invited to provide written comments and feedback.
Following the public comment period, Housing Connect residents, Housing Connect program participants and members of the general public are invited to participate in a public hearing to review the PHA Annual Plan & MTW Supplement, and Housing Connect's 5-Year PHA Plan to ask questions and provide comments. An additional public hearing on Housing Connect's proposed Agency Specific Waiver will take place immediately after the conclusion of the first public hearing. The public hearing will be held at Housing Connect, main office Board Room, 3595 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, or, virtually, using the access information below.

The Housing Connect Board of Commissioners will meet on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM Mountain Time at the Bud Bailey Apartments, Building C Classroom, located at 3970 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107, to take action on the PHA Annual Plan, MTW Supplement and 5-Year PHA Plan. The meeting is open to the public.
