Nibley Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following action item:
Ordinance 25-29: Development Agreement for the Apple Creek Subdivision Phase 1 First Amendment, Amending Lot 35, Creating an Additional Building Lot and Amending the Conservation Area, Including Modifications to Development and Zoning Standards
When: Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 6:30 PM
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, NIBLEY UT 84321-6337
A full report will be posted on the City's website (www.nibleycity.gov) and the Utah Public Notice Website (www.utah.gov/pmn/) by August 1, 2025, as part of the Planning and Zoning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website and the Utah Public Notice Website when they become available. Applicants or interested parties should submit written, printed, and/or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
