SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids shall be marked on the outside for the construction of the Manhole Rehab Project and will be received by West Haven Special Service District at the City Hall, 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, UT
84401, until 10:30 AM local time on August 6, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Scope of Work:
The project will consist of removal of existing liner of three 5x14 manholes in West haven refurbishing of manholes, and installlation of new lining.
Contract Completion Dates:
Project Substantial Completion Date for: June 1, 2026
The project shall be governed by the contract documents and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2017 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA)
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contract will be awarded, if it is to be awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder (please refer specifically to Article 3 in Section 1.2). The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
