ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
GARLAND CITY, UTAH
SAFE SIDEWALK PROJECT 1400 SOUTH FROM 600 EAST TO 975 EAST (UDOT PIN 20769)
Garland City (Owners) are requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
SAFE SIDEWALK PROJECT 1400 SOUTH FROM 600 EAST TO 975 EAST
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Garland City Office located at 72 North Main Street, Garland Utah, 84312, until July 31, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be hand delivered to the Garland City Office prior to the bid opening.
The project generally includes the following work:
- Installation of approximately 1,060 linear feet of 4' sidewalk, curb and gutter, an ADA ramp, and other items commonly associated with sidewalk projects.
The project is expected to be substantially completed by November 1, 2025, with final completion by November 30, 2025.

A pre-bid conference will not be held.
A bid bond is required for bidding on the project.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Questions about the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, as noted in Addendum1. No drawings, specifications, product substitution and/or interpretations will be made unless noted with 'Addendum'.
BID GUARENTEE: All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening.
OWNER'S RIGHTS RESEVED: The owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner.
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages or project delay changes will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract documents.
