Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.

6. Erika Bishop who was crowned Miss Genola in May will report on her service project. (it should only take 3-5 min.)
Public Forum
Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.
New Business
7. Discussion and possible action on a awarding the RFP for the new public works building.
8. Discussion with Spencer Foster from Mt. Land Association of Governments about the Government Data Privacy Act.
9. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation from the planning commission amending chapter 8 of the Subdivision Ordinance, updating the cul-de-sac requirements and removing the Development Review Committee.
10. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025- 13 Agreement 2025-08 regarding Santaquin Genola Court interlocal agreement for judicial administration with Santaquin City.
11. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025-14 Recreation Grant Agreement between Utah County and The Town Of Genola in the amount of $5,000.00.

13. Motion to Adjourn
The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting.
