PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Boundary Adjustment between the City of Cedar Hills and Pleasant Grove City Notice is hereby given that on May 20, 2025, the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 05-20-2025A indicating its intent to adjust the common boundary between the City of Cedar Hills and Pleasant Grove City by transferring the following described area from the municipal jurisdiction of Pleasant Grove City to the City of Cedar Hills. The location of the adjustment areas and the real properties to be included therein shall be as hereinafter described: Owners: Daniel L. & Karen R. Notice is hereby given that the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2025, commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, for the purpose of receiving testimony regarding the proposed boundary adjustment and will adjust the boundaries unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the adjustment have been filed with the city recorder by the owners of private real property that: (1) is located within the area proposed for adjustment; (2) covers at least twenty five percent (25%) of the total private land area within the area proposed for adjustment; and (3) is equal to at least fifteen percent (15%) of the value of all private real property within the area proposed for adjustment. The area that is the subject of the boundary adjustment will, because of the boundary adjustment, be automatically annexed to a local district providing fire protection, paramedic and emergency services or a local district providing law enforcement service (American Fork Fire and Police Departments). Copies of the petition from the property owners requesting the boundary adjust and maps showing the location of the adjustment are available for review by the public at the City of Cedar Hills office building during normal business hours. Anyone interested may attend the public hearing and comment on the proposed boundary adjustment. Colleen A.
