- The primary Election date is Tuesday, August 12, 205 where the number of candidates for the two (2) council seats will be reduced to four (4). A primary election is not required for the mayor seat. The Early In-Person Voting Notice from Cache County is attached to this notice Voters may also return their ballots at official drop box location throughout the county.
