- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, on July 14, 2025, the Millcreek City Council adopted Ordinance 25-30, Amending Chapters 2.04 and 2.11 of the Millcreek Municipal Code Regarding the City Council and Elections. This ordinance amends sections of code in chapters 2.04 and 2.11 to align standards with current practice and state statutory requirements.
