- OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION The following office nominations/candidates will be determined at the Municipal Primary Election to be held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, August 12, 2025: - Nephi City Council, 2 seats at large - Levan Town Mayor, 1 seat - Mona City Mayor, 1 seat - Mona City Council, 2 seats at large - Eureka Mayor, 1 seat Visit vote.utah.gov for more info on candidates and races. Early voting will take place on the following dates/times: Juab County Clerk's Office, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT 84648 Monday, August 4th through Thursday, August 7th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, and Monday, August 11th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be in-person polling locations from 7am to 8 pm on Election Day at: - Juab County Clerk's Office - Mona City Community Center This is specifically for those needing ADA accommodations, those who did not receive a ballot in the mail, whose information is incorrect or other emergencies. However, everyone is welcome. You will receive a paper ballot EXACLTY like the one you received in the mail. There will be a place you can fill out your ballot and then drop it off in a ballot drop box located on site. Ballots sent by mail can be returned in 1 of 3 ways: 1. By ballot drop boxes by 8 p.m. on August 12, 2025, at one of these locations: (24 hour access unless otherwise noted) Location Address Hours Eureka City 15 N. Church Street, Eureka Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Levan Town Hall 20 N Main, Levan, UT 84639 Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Mona City Hall 20 W Center, Mona, UT 84645 Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Nephi City 21 N 100 E, Nephi, UT 84648 Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Juab County Clerk's Office 160 N Main Street, Nephi, UT 84648 Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Juab County Admin Building East Parking Lot 160 N Main Street, Nephi, UT 84648 7 days a week and 24 hours 2. By mail, received in the Clerk's Office no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, August 12th. Postmark deadlines no longer apply, so please mail early!! 3.
