Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, July 17, 2025, 7 PM Meeting Place: Old Town Hall (105 South 100 East) Opening Motions Excused: Sharalyn Howcroft, Nancy Webster Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve June meeting minutes: Second: Introduce member of the public: Ashley Hart Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Amanda Rojas, Chris Schow) - Discuss first project of 2025. (Amanda) - Outline the Utah Main Street Program next steps and concerns. (Laurel) Community Outreach (Amy Wadley) - Discuss needs for the Monday, July 21 walking tour of 200 South. (Amy) - Discuss issues surrounding starting an Instagram account. (Amy) Archives (Sharalyn Howcroft)) Explain new grant cycle from USHRAB. (Laurel) History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Outline needs for the August (Monkey Town) walking tour book research. (Laurel) Other Business Items 1. Decide what we will do for our Heritage Festival activity. 2. Present Heritage Festival plan.
