Description/Agenda

Public Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the Vernal City Council has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6:00 pm, in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah to determine whether Moonshine Steak House LLC shall retain or have its business license revoked. This hearing will provide an opportunity for all relevant parties to present evidence and testimony. The decision to consider revocation has arisen under 5.04.430 of the Vernal Municipal Code. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Budget documents may be reviewed at the Vernal City office at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify Sara Bell at least five (5) days before the hearing.
