SUNSET CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING AND BALLOT DROP BOX LOCATIONS 2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Municipal Primary Election for Sunset City, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. This notice is published in compliance with: - Utah Code § 20A-3a-604 - publication at least 28 days before the election, listing early voting site(s); - Utah Code § 20A-5-403.5 - listing ballot drop box locations. 1. BALLOT DROP BOX LOCATIONS Official ballot drop boxes are available 24/7 and will close at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, August 12, 2025. Locations include: - Sunset City, 200 W 1300 N, Sunset, UT 84015 (City Hall) - curbside drop box Ballots must be deposited by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. 3. ELECTION DAY VOTING Voters wishing to vote in person may do so at any Election Day Vote Center. All vote centers are generic, and voters may use any center in the county regardless of where they reside. - Vote Centers are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Voters who are eligible to vote in the election may vote at ANY Vote Center listed below on Election Day. - Valid Identification is required. - Voters may drop off their vote-by-mail ballot at a Vote Center during polling hours. 4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Vote-by-Mail ballots will be sent automatically to active registered voters approximately 21 days before the election. - Mail Return Deadline: Ballots must be received (not just postmarked) by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, per current Utah law. 5.
