NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the general plan land use designation from PO (Professional Office) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 1.69 acres generally located at the northeast corner of Tuweap Drive and 200 North (see map on back). The applicant is Rosenberg Associates and the representative is Jared Bates. The project will be known as Tuweap Parcel. Case No. 2025-GPA-011.
