Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Green River passed Ordinance NO. 2025-01. The City Council recognizes a growing need for flexible and cost-effective storage solutions for residential and commercial property owners. The use of enclosed trailers as accessory storage containers has become more common and, when properly regulated, can provide an orderly and aesthetically acceptable alternative to permanent structures. The City Council finds that amending the Green River Municipal Code to allow enclosed trailers to be used as an accessory storage containers, subjects to appropriate standards and restrictions, will support property functionality while maintaining community appearance and safety. The ordinance is available at the city office located at 460 East Main Street. The public is welcome to view the ordinance and/or request copies at the city office during regular business hours.
