NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from A-1 (Agriculture, 1 acre minimum lot size) to R-1-10 (Residential, 10,000 ft² minimum lot size) on approximately 14.11 acres. The property is generally located west of the St. George/Washington border and approximately 2600 South. The R-1-10 zone is a single family residential zone. The project is to be known as Teakwood 11 Rezone.
