NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 82 South Main Street
(Old Fort Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Stephen Howe to amend the building materials and colors for a commercial site plan, located at approximately 82 South Main Street in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone. The applicant is proposing to amend the color and type of brick for the wall that is currently under construction.
Review and approve the minutes for the May 19, 2025 meeting.
Review and approve the minutes for the June 23, 2025 meeting.
