JULY 23, 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE THIS PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HAS BEEN MOVED FROM THURSDAY, JULY 31, 2025 TO WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 504 W 1100 N (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Page Westover for a Conditional Use Permit to permit Use #5811 - Restaurants on property located at approximately 504 West 1100 North in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approximately 1525 E 200 S (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Randy Smith for a zone change on approximately 4.97 acres of land from the R1-20 (Single-Family Residential) Zone to the R1-10 Zone, located at approximately 1525 East 200 South.
