- Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed Zone Change Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 12, 2025 in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed rezoning to RM-8 of parcel 05-068-0075 approximately on the Northeast corner of 1000 West and Rocket Road, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding amending this zoning district regulation, please contact Jeff Seedall, Tremonton City Planner, at 435-257-9504.
