Description/Agenda

NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING All early voting for the August 12, 2025 Primary Election will take place at the Utah County Elections Office, located at 100 E Center Street Room 3100, Provo, UT 84606. Early voting will take place each weekday beginning Monday, August 4 and ending Monday, August 11, 2025. Polls will be open between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each weekday. More information about early voting in the 2025 Primary Election may be obtained by any of the following means: 1. Visiting the Utah County Elections Division's website: https://vote.utahcounty.gov 2. Visiting the Statewide Electronic Voter Information Website: https://vote.utah.gov 3. Visiting the Utah County Elections Division in person during regular business hours at 100 East Center Street, Suite 3100, Provo, UT 84606 4. Sending a letter with your request to the Utah County Elections Division's mailing address: 100 East Center Street, Suite 3100, Provo, UT 84606 5. Call the Utah County Elections Division at (801) 851-8128 6. Emailing the Utah County Elections Division at elections@utahcounty.gov Any changes to the location of an early voting polling place and the location of additional early voting polling places, on https://vote.utahcounty.gov. This notice fulfills the requirements of Utah Code§ 20A-3a-604.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Cedar Hills will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be held.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

This meeting may be held electronically via telephone to permit one or more of the council members to participate.
