SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 26 of 2025 The Salt Lake City Council, at its May 6, 2025, meeting approved an ordinance vacating a City-owned alley between approximately 2615 South and 2700 South, and between Beverly Street and Chadwick Streets. The alley is to be divided and given to the property owners that abut it. The applicant requested the vacation due to various structures and vegetation in the alley, as well as an overall lack of use. Located within Council District 7. Petitioner: Taylor Thomas, owner of 2680 South Chadwick. Petition No.: PLNPCM2024-00973.
