NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately one (1) acre of property from 'C-H' (Planned Highway Commercial) to 'M-1' (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at 1131 East Highway 193.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
