PANGUITCH CITY PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Panguitch City Office 25 S 200 E Panguitch, UT 84759 AUGUST 4, 2025, 5 PM Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City Planning and Zoning will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM during a regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning meeting at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E, Panguitch, UT. The hearing is to discuss proposed changes to the zoning ordinance, regulating accessory dwelling units, and to amend the Short Term Rental ordinance, defining privacy fences, and motel/hotel regulations. The public is invited to attend this hearing and share their comments on the proposed ordinance changes. *If you need special accommodations to participate in this meeting, Please notify Mat Houston at 435-676-8585 at least three working days before the meeting.*
