Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, the 10th of July 2025 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Local Building Authority - Agenda: None Regular Town Council Agenda: 2. Discussion Items/Action Items: a. Discussion -R6 Update - Presentation by Shay Morrison b. Verification of approval for legal action regarding Levan Irrigation Co. Roll call vote. c. Cemetery Plot price update proposals for non-residents d. Building Permit Approval - Outbuilding - M. Fraughton 3. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports 4. a. Mayor/Council Member Reports b. Office Issued Permits Reports - Reroof - B. Jensen c. Planning Commission Report d. Committee Reports e. Other Reports 5. Council Business: Approval of Minutes for June 12th, 2025, Regular Meeting and Work Session Approval of Claims (6-1-2025 to 6-30-2025) Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (5-1-2025 to 6-30-2025) Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (5-1-2025 to 5-31-2025) Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (6-1-2025 to 6-31-2025) Review Budget Report (7-1-2024 to 6-30-2025) 6. Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comment on other topics. 7.
