ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Thursday, July 10, 2025 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its regular meeting on July 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approval of Bills and Warrants 5. Approval of June 10, 2025 Enterprise Hearing Minutes 6. Approval of June 10, 2025 Public Hearing Minutes 7. Approval of June 10, 2025 Regular Rescheduled Minutes 8. Public Comments (3min) 9. Report on Girls State- Megan Stilson and Lauren Mills 10. Approve/Deny- Culinary and Sewer Connections for Brandon Hoffman. 11. Approve/Deny- Resolution 2025-8- A Resolution Amending Orangeville City Personnel Policy and Procedures Manuel: Section 10: LEAVES OF ABSENCE. 12. Approve/Deny- Resolution 2025-9- A Resolution Adding An In Lieu Of Insurance Policy for Eligible Employees to the Personnel Policy and Procedures Manuel of Orangeville City. 13. Approve/ Deny- Moose's Free Library Proposal 14. Ratify . - Max Cropper- Utility Reimbursement in amount of $203.92. - Abby Mack- Water Truck Fuel in amount of $20.03. - Tracy Addley- Cemetery Pump Hose Clamp in amount of $20.36. - Angela Paskett- Pickleball Prizes in amount of $55.71. - New Countertops for the Community Center in amount of $6500.00. - Kory Larsen- Community Center Reimbursement in amount of $40.00 - Cameras and Equipment for the city park in amount of $605.00. 15. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
