HYDE PARK CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION PETITION Notice is hereby given that Hyde Park City has received a petition proposing the annexation of certain real property into the corporate limits of Hyde Park City. The City Recorder has certified the petition as required by Utah Code §10-2-808. Pursuant to Utah Code §10-2-808, notice is hereby given that Hyde Park City intends to annex the area described in the annexation petition. The proposed annexation area is located at 4400 North Highway 91, Parcel Number 04-006-0018 and contains approximately 25.6 acres. A complete legal description of the area proposed for annexation is available for inspection at the Hyde Park City Offices, 113 East Center, Hyde Park, Utah 84318. Annexation Protest Deadline: Any written protest to the annexation petition must be filed by a property owner within the proposed annexation area or an affected entity with the Cache County Boundary Commission, 199 North Main Street, Logan, UT 84321 no later than August 20, 2025, at 5:00pm. A copy of the protest must also be delivered to the Hyde Park City Recorder at the address listed below. Public Comment: Citizens and affected entities are encouraged to review the annexation materials and submit written comments to the City Recorder during the publication period.
