Status of Outstanding Fund Awards - Jamie Dansie Background: After the Salt Lake Council of Governments' Public Works Committee approves corridor funding and the municipality purchases the property approved for funding, certain documents need to be submitted for approval by Regional Planning & Transportation prior to an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement (ILA) being prepared for action by the Salt Lake County Council. These documents include: - Application - Willing Seller Letter - Appraisal - Review Appraisal - Settlement Agreement signed by all parties - Proof of payment to seller - COG Recommendation Letter to Salt Lake County Council as signed by COG Chair Cottonwood Heights: Fort Union Boulevard 1720-1790 Fort Union Blvd November 2021/January 2025 Award: $216,335 Status: Reimbursement in Progress Herriman: Suburban Land Reserve (SLR) 14001 & 14002 S. Sentinel Ridge Blvd. November 2020 Award: $57,000.00 Status: Reimbursement in Progress Dansie Properties 7000, 7235, 7075, 7150, 7037, 7041, 7198, 7066 W. Herriman Main Street November 2021 Award: $272,973.00 Status: City has noted it will only request $53,900 12600 S Herriman Parkway January 2025 Award: $2,007,500 Status: Property acquisition ongoing 3 Salt Lake City: 550-600 W. 400 S. November 2021 Award: $650,000.00 Status: Acquisition discussions resumed after delay with 'U' and EPA South Jordan: Riverfront Parkway Widening (11050 S to 11400 S) January 2025 Award: $189,500 Status: Land Purchased; reimbursement request expected 5. 2025
