NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The following taxing entities are proposing to increase property tax revenue within TOOELE COUNTY. Data is based on the taxing entity's average value shown below. The same value is used for both residential and commercial property. Concerned citizens are invited to attend the public hearings listed. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, CONTACT THE INDIVIDUAL ENTITIES AT THE NUMBERS SHOWN BELOW. TOOELE COUNTY SCHOOL Residential: $1,139.31 $1,423.55 Aug 05,2025 301 W Vine Street 435-833-1900 DISTRICT / $475,000 Commercial: $2,071.48 $2,588.28 6:00 P.M. Tooele If the proposed budget is approved, TOOELE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT would receive an additional $9,250,573 in property tax revenue per year. This would be an increase of approximately 24.17% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue, excluding eligible new growth. STOCKTON TOWN / $373,000 Residential: $521.90 $577.70 Aug 14,2025 18 N. Johnson St. 435-882-3877 Commercial: $948.91 $1,050.37 7:00 PM Stockton, UT 84071 If the proposed budget is approved, STOCKTON TOWN would receive an additional $15,027 in property tax revenue per year. This would be an increase of approximately 3.38% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue, excluding eligible new growth.
